Pamela Glick – Chief Executive Officer
Pam Glick brings SynchSource customers and partners more than 15 years of strong leadership and management experience. Strategic practice, solution development and execution have been areas of concentration over the past several years, including business plan development, sales, marketing, team development, delivery and overall financials results.
Before joining SynchSource, Pam spent seven years as a Managing Director at BearingPoint (Formerly KPMG Consulting), where she was responsible for managing major components of their software and services practices, including a strong focus in HR implementations.
Before her tenure at BearingPoint, Pam had been a Partner at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where she built and led their PeopleSoft practice for the West. Pam recieved her Bachelor's from Kansas State University and is a CPA.
Gary Durbin – Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Before founding SynchSource, Gary Durbin was founder and CEO of Tesseract Corporation, a provider of human capital management software to Fortune 500 companies. Tesseract is still deployed today by 42 of the fortune 500 corporations.
Gary provided visionary leadership in guiding Tesseract through its corporate development life cycle, culminating in the sale of the company to Prudential.
In 1996, Gary founded Seeker Software, which led the field in the concept of Web Workplace Applications. Seeker Software was successfully deployed in major Fortune 500 corporations, including Dell, Wells Fargo Bank, Sprint, Abbott Labs, among others. Concur Technologies acquired Seeker Software in 1999.
Because of his technical innovations that span three decades, Gary is recognized as a luminary in Human Capital Management.
John Cuellar – Co-Founder and Vice President Professional Services
John was founder and CEO of Harbor Technology Group, a professional services firm specializing in the deployment of Workplace Applications. John led Harbor through the corporate development life cycle starting in 1997, culminating with Harbor’s sale to Mellon Financial Corporation in 2001.
Harbor developed major successes in the Fortune 500 marketplace by deploying workplace applications for corporations such as Dell Computer Corporation, JP Morgan Chase, Florida Power and Light, among others.
John received his Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of California at Santa Barbara and his MBA from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Ben Wolin – Director, Product Development
Ben Wolin has over 15 years of experience as a senior technology executive architecting solutions and leading product development teams at Pluq, Xerox, Commerce One and Bricsnet. Ben holds a BS in Computer Science from RIT and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
Milen Manev - Director, Bulgarian Operations
Before joining SynchSource, Milen was manager of the IT department at Ciela Soft & Publishing, which is Bulgaria’s leading supplier of legal and referential software. While at Ciela, the company’s market share increased by 27%, to over 100,000 customers and including the entire government administration.
In 2006, for a project sponsored by the Ministry of Education of Bulgaria, Milen managed development of the country’s National Educational Portal, an Internet-based solution that provided learning content management and community and communication services to college students in Bulgaria and with a projected count of 500,000 end users.
